Toyota — ac complaint in altis | |
I am an owner of corolla altis car with registration no uk06 aj 0101. A minor accident occurred in november 2017 with my car and it was sent to commercial toyota moradabad, up showroom was repair work. All things were done but the ac of the car was not repaired and itvis not cooling at all. The showroom person told us that it will be done later on due to some problem on their part. The car was sent there multiple times but the problem was not rectified and they also said that they have also checked by fitting new compressor in it. Later they said that as the car was purchased from toyota 36 showroom faridabad haryana. We took the car there also but they after checking the car and taking 3-4 days said that we have mailed the problem to the company and they have said that fault is on part of moradabad showroom and company wont do it, it has to be done by moradabad showroom on there own. Faridabad showroom person said that we should take the car and should ask moradabad showroom on our own to do it. Car is still with faridabad showroom. We have also lodged the complaint by calling on your customer care no but no satisfactory response was given and they are also not serious about it. Being an owner of two fortuner and one altis of your company i dont expect this from your company. Request you to get our problem solved else we will be left with no other choice then to go to consumer forum. Was this information helpful? | |
