I want to raise a complain against Toyota Egypt regarding their attitude with me as a customer
I already booked Toyota corolla on 15 august as we agreed with customer service i will receive the car within 45 days but unfortunately the sales person informed us today that there will be a delay for 3 months which is not acceptable even there are no any contracts to ensure the total cost and the delivery period
therefore i have to place a complain in the consumer protection agency in Egypt (a governmental firm specialized in such cases) in case of no solution in the near future

      Got my crysta fixed from galaxy toyota moti nagar pb 65 ap 2763 month back which came back with a mouse .it damaged a seat and nibbled on wires.when it comes to selling cars your people reach in minutes anywhere in India and when you need to provide service just make calls and keep customer waiting -shameful that i spent 25 lakhs on this vehicle

        Some service engineer mr narasimman told 3 injectors was totally failure...

        Estimate cost Rs 110000+ tax

        Only my vehicle run km 26000 only

        What can I do sir...

        Please do some valuable solution...

          I purchased my CTC car Toyota Glanza in Jan 2020 from Lakozy Toyota Malad, after a brief waiting for nearly 2 months. My Daughter & wife were very excited on choosing the same as our dream car after lot of thought.

          Unfortunately pandemic set in and although I was fortunate to attend Office each day of the pandemic being in special service function, we could not go out of Mumbai on long excursions.

          We had hardly clocked 3000+ kms and on the fateful day of 18.07.2021 my car got partially submerged in the nearly 34” of water that gushed in my society at @ 2:30 hours when we were sleeping, by the time I reached to remove my car to safter place the water height was more than 24”, and my car along with nearly 20 more got submerged in the deluge.

          I immediately got my car towed to Lakozy malad on 19th morning after follow up with Mr Gade Prithviraj (advisor), and informed my Company & insurance agency too. On Saturday 24th he informed me that as the repair expenses are seen at 1 lakh as per company policy it will be towed to their Mira road premises.

          So my company organized the visit of Insurance agency at Miraroad workshop. After due inspection I was informed that the estimated repair bill shall be Rs 6.5 lakh with nearly 3+ lakhs to be paid by me, which seemed unreasonable as I know for sure that all components are not to be replaced but those which are damaged beyond use need to be, had this been worked out then we could have gone for need based solution and repair bill would have greatly come down, I would have for sure accepted it. Mr Shaikh Salman Advisor said that as per Toyota company policy my car falls in B – catehory of flooding and common flat charges of repair are 6.5 lakh .

          I had personally visited showroom on 02.08.2021and my car was cranked by Toyota Associate after removal of front wheel, and luckily found to be free, and that water had not entered the engine, so a major salvage was avoided, and car could have been easily repaired, after discussion I called my mechanic as Toyota estimate was not reducing beyond 6 lakhs revised on the same day, which is too much for me to bear.

          Now my mechanic has only removed water, dried the seats, and found that some electronic control modules are not working (photos are shared with advisor), he is stuck and unable to move ahead so I approached Ms Lakozy Malad to help me out, I am ready to tow my car to your workshop and get the right original accessories of Glanza fitted with only other essential functional parts and ready to bear a cost of 1.5-2 Lakh Rs.

          I[censored] approve this sad story can turn to success story, I waited more than half a day for Mr Gade/Mr Vinay’s call, but it hasent come till now. Hope my story does not go from bad to worse. Kindly support, at time of purchase I was promised tall things its time to remind u on the same. I suppose u are a great team and shall support me in this time of crises.

            Car's service complaint

            Hello,
            I had bought Toyota glanza car on 2021feb and everything went smoothly till April. Suddenly my car's left side door were started to make vibrated noise.. I had went to showroom and gave the car for service, as two services finished but the problem was not solved.. ia had told many times to the showroom manager and service manager. But no responses for the problem. Kindly help me out.

            Hi, i have toyota etios liva top model 2018 (petrol) in which i have facing average problem after 20000 kilo meters.I have visited service centre around four times due to average issue my car gives average around 14 only but company claims average above 18 . I have facing this problem since long time, now my car walked around 57000 KM. So i am very upset with this issue, please help as soon as possible.

              I want to say that company new car launched belong to maruti . Which is not best for Toyota custmer and company. So please launch Etios level car in India with petrol and cng. Maruti car failed in safty in comparison with Toyota. Lot of people waiting Etios type car with petrol / cng/ diesel

                    1) As per your car attendent person memo servicing has been statrted with our concent which we found very unreasonable as it has happened 1st time as we are doing service work in your workshop at Madhuban Toyota Kurla Muumbai over 15 years of different toyota brands.
                    2)If you want to please customers you should give free sanitization & disinfectant spray but you can not do or charge against our wish.
                    3)All other car dealers are giving discount up to 10% in service 5% on spares
                    & 105 on labour where you give 0% even though labour charges are on high comparitive with other workshops.
                    4)we hope next time you will take note of our concerns as above & will charge reasonably as well not do any work with out our approval.

                      I m having the same problem my rear tyres got burst at 32000km 215/55 r17 bridgestone turanza car is just 6 months old. Bridgestone and toyota local Bilaspur deal JD has rejected my problem by saying Toyota not giving any warrenty on tyres . i think these tires are not compatible with innova new 17 inch alloy. If everyone is facing problems.
                      Recently within last 7 days two rear tyres of my vehicle got air bubble and had a cut at same place as well as same type near alloy disk edge (where tyre number is embossed). In this scenario all 5 tyres may get defective in coming days.
                      It is very surprising and unbelievable that within 6 months and 32000 Km running both rear tyres got defective in the same manner due to air bubble and it is not repairable.
                      I feel that this happened due to (1) Before delivery of new vehicle J D Toyota has replaced original company fitted tyres with defective one. or (2) Toyota company had fitted rejected/ Faulty /defective tyres in new vehicle or (3) The whole lot of tyres fitted in new vehicle was defective.
                      I believe Toyota is a highly reputed brand and never compromises with its product quality and customer services. Hence I request to you and your company to kindly replace all 5 tyres with new ones under warranty.

                        Acceleration pedal of Toyota etios not working/responding

                        I am using 2014 etios model. For the last one year, between our journeys the car gets stuck on the road since the accelerator pedal not responding. warning light indicated inthe dashboard screen. Break down on the road with family in the middle of a journey.

                        i have reached at the toyota service centre . but the techincians at Nippon Toyota Kazhakuttom doesnt even diagnosed the problem. they promised me that it will never occur...

                        There is battery issue in my car so they take away my car to their service center and they replace my car battery with new battery and after that they delivered my car at my address when i received my car i saw there is a big dent in right side of car fender i can see that is new dent in my car and also they used one nut in my fender so i told them that this is the new dent but refused to accept that after that i did not accepted my car then service take away my car again to service center and they delivered it today but there is still dent on my fender and nut is used so please look into this matter i never expected this kind of experience from Toyota

                          Present Meter Reading : 28000km
                          From past 10000km reading front break Lining sound is coming heavy and irritating in public. During first service i raised the complaint but not rectified and for second service also i raised the complaint, at that time service center said no problem nothing and anyhow we cleaned breakpad and everything. From very nextday again break Lining sound is coming.
                          The Toyota brand name is damaging like something in public place by seeing the sound from the innova CRYSTA.

                              I think this is the 10 th time iam forwarding a complaint to reputed company and toyota people are just fooling me by putting my vehicle on Toyota service centre and giving me back by making it ready for limited period of time. I had forwarded these complaint in the warranty period itself and they are not responsible to make it ready.My car Etios liva (reg no - KA 04 MT 5333) facing an issue on left side glass and forwarding complaint on that, you people are just fooling me by fixing it fir temporary, This will be last complaint which I will forward to Toyota, I wait till these much of time because I trust Toyota, So please make it ready as soon as possible

                                  Toyota company is making fool to its Indian customers by providing faulty brakes in all Innova Crysta, there is very big manufacturing defect of innova crysta brake, peddal and steering vibrates a lot that it creates risk of accident, no control on brake also on speed of above 80km/hr. Toyota is even not resolving this problem at all, government and all concern department should surely think about this .

                                    Hi,

                                    My car TN 12 C 7006, model 2014, and run only 20, 000 km so far. Having break complaint for last 2 years. However every time I give service they only release the air and give it back without no proper resolution and the problem persist.

                                    Now they say Break booster is problem and break MC is problem but not sure what is the actual problem. Both booster and break Mc had to be changed that costs above 20000.

                                    Not satisfied with the services from Harsha toyata velapanchavadi branch. Wanted to understand the root cause of the actual problem in break and get it fixed. Please help.
