I had taken my fortuner car to uttam toyota noida sector 63 workshop on oct 26th as my car's engine went off while driving.
I was told by their service manager that the problem arose due to faulty diesel in my tank.
Accordingly, the service manager worked on my car and the engine got start.
I had to waste around 40 litres of diesel in the process.
I then took my family on vacation to jim corbett park at ramnagar, uttarkhand on sunday early morning (Oct 28)
Yesterday around 7:00pm, while returning to home, i faced with the same problem.
The car engine got stopped while running.
I am now forced to ask for a toe service to carry my car to toyota workshop at haldwani (Nearest to the place where i am staying now)
I am not at all satisfied with the service provided by uttam toyota to my car. They had kept my car for one night and still was not able to solve the problem.
Their service manager did not solve the problem and for which i had to face big problem yesterday night with my family.
I had to extend my stay here, pay rs 4826 for the toe service and also have to take extra leave from office for today and tomorrow.
I am also not sure how much haldwani toyota workshop will ask in their invoice for repairing the car (Extra financial burden for me)
All this has created a huge mental agony as well as financial loss to me.

I am yet to receive any feedback from your end on my complain against Uttam Toyota, NOIDA, Sector 63 dated Oct 29th. It seems that the customer service of Toyota has declined to a great extend. Earlier, I was very much satisfied with Toyota Service. However, now I feel Toyota Service no different from other service (very poor service).
Painting Service was very very poor. i thinks used in bad quality paints. Now paint was removing (look like: how to nail polish remove in nail).

    My car registration number is gj 05 jr 7609. My was gone for service and after it came back the spare of the car was exchanged and i have been calling them constantly since morning and i still haven’t got any reply. Toyota being a big company i didn’t expect this from a company like you. I hope my issue get resolved or i have to take legal action against your company.

      Dear sir/mam,
      I purchased cresta auto in sep.2017 & veh. Has run just 24000 km
      I sent vehicle for service today.
      To utter surprise they told me that brake pads gone.
      I am still having quallis 2002 modael, innova of 2007 but this was really shocking.
      Either quality testing of parts inventry of toyota is detoriated or my driving has became rash at the age of 54.
      Toyota customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      My Innova Crysta DL1ZB-2010 vehicle stand on Espirit toyota Sec-8 Noida GB Nagar Last 30 September for a mechanical complaint. Its a commercial vehicle & sustain the Toyota Warranty Mr. Arun panchal supervisor told that the parts not available in india, parts availability after 28 October but not confirm. Pls resolved My problem.

        Innova crysta. I have actually planned for a innova crysta so then in this regard i have been offered a discount of 15, 000 from you dealer. As a good note i'm taling two innova crysta's now one as auto high end and the other as manual high end. Now they call me saying there is no discount. This is the third time happening like this. I'm really fed up with toyota. As of now i'm using fortuner, innova and corolla altis personally used by me itself. I feel i'm dis-respected by your dealer.

          I used car of your company. My car is toyota eitios liva. My car number is pb12p8199. I repaired my car from globe toyota mohali punjab. They took 45 days to repaired my car. After 45days they not work proper on my car. They relpace window of my car but not check center locking of my car. Center locking of my car is not working. They not fit my car proper. They left some screw of my car in open position. My car give abnormal sound due to open screw. Interior of my car not fit proper. I paid in cash for repaired of my car. But not proper repaired by globe toyota mohali punjab. I want to repair my car proper way by globe toyota mohali punjab again.

            I have purchased innova cresta in the month of july 2018 and the registration number is ka-51-mm-2749.

            I am facing lot of technical issues with my car from the very next day of my car being delivered and i have intimated the problems to the nandi toyata service people for many times, but no proper solution been provided. I hereby listed all the major problems with my car

            1. Water logging inside the headlight during rain or during washing my car. Due to which i am not able to drive my car during rainy season. Because headlight stops working or shows malfunctioning error. Which is a major issue.

            2. Sensors are not working most of the times. For example the doors are not opened even though i have keys in my pocket and the sensor switch is always on. I have press the button for multiple times to get the doors opened.

            3. Back door is not opening from inside. Once in a while.

            I kindly request toyota to take a look in to this issue and sort it out at the earliest. I have lost trust in nandi toyota. So it would be of immense help if some person with technical expertise from toyota india takes a look at this issue. I will be able to do further trial runs and demonstrate the issue in detail if required.

            I hope this reaches out to the concerned authorities and gets sorted out soon, failing which i consider approaching various automobile magazines to post articles related to the issues i am facing and commencing legal proceedings against toyota group.

              I bought toyota innova crysta vehicle in 2016, bearing a registration no tn 07 ch 9338 z variant fitted with 17” wheels with a lot of confidence on safety first philosophy of toyota. Now last week i met with an encounter in small pothole and both my wheels at same side got burst and entire vehicle lost its stability and went ransack and vehicle bellied and fuel tank was damaged due to grounding and abrasion has taken place. If this abrasion would be slightly more, than this entire vehicle would have gone into flames.
              Now after this incident i lost my confidence in your car and i feel that this is the most dangerous vehicle to drive in indian road conditions. Though this version is of high end model costing me more than rs 25, 00, 000/ my warranty requirements not met by the dealer/ harsha toyota team and i feel most offended by the way the answer given by dealer. I) usage of 17” wheel is grave design error and i can prove in n number of vehicles with abnormal tyre wear pattern which is a serious quality issue.
              Ii) after the burst grounding of the tank and abrasion and damaging the fuel tank is another serous issues and this is not expected from toyota which is charging more than 25, 00.000 from consumers.
              Iii) bursting is common in nature but both the wheels bursting is very serious issue and bellying the vehicle with fuel tank is very much dangerous.
              Once again i am intimating you not to force me to go to consumer court to resolve the above quality issues having spent so much of money over it and address my grievances immediately.

              With regards,

              Now entire family which is now fearing to get into this car which has lost its indian road worthiness and it’s tyres were not worth to take ride beyond 20000 kms or you say tyre life this 17” version will lost for only 20000 kms. I donot know what bridgestone is going to say when this is a serious issue on your design parameter.
              I also understand that this car tyre’s tread wear pattern is abnormal and not uniform and this may be the cause for the burst and pre mature failure (Reason may be analyzed at your end)
              I understand that these 17 “ have been recalled in some of the cases and revert back to 16” inch version which is not having any such burst issues.
              In view of the above i don’t need this crysta fitted with 17” wheels any more and please do resolve the safety issues of at the earliest.
              If your engineers are not addressing the above quality issue within 15days than i may have to think to send back your car and make necessary claims on through consumer court.
              I have sufficient technical evidences and i can prove that these are all really serious quality issues which can play with the life of the passengers travelling with toyota any where in the world.

                I purchased a toyota etios liva dual tone from your dealership amana toyota - vpk motors, 7/134e, po:kolathara, cheruvannur, calicut-673655. Unfortunately, the vehicle has lost in heavily flood affected in kerala. After the 28th day of delivery. At the time of purchasing vehicle the executive offered me a huge list of benefit of taking toyota protect insurance from your dealership. By hearing his words i took the insurance from dealership by paying 35 to 40% extra charge to get additional benefits. Unfortunately after the flood effect there is no one at the dealership to take care of insurance formality and get the clime to me. By myself i spent time and energy to do follow-up regarding this at last i got the same. But still date no one from the dealership called me to ask about it. Regarding my concern many time i complaint dealership about this but there is no response. And they are not ready to listen me.
                I would appreciate it if you could organise to solve my concern and stop giving fake promises to others and misleading the customer.
                I look forward to settling this matter amicably.

                  We are valuable customer and having 5 no. Of fortuner & 5 no. Of innova, our grievances is that 1 no. Of my fortuner car is parked at buddha toyota motors at patna from[protected] regarding back side right break issue, but this service center is unable to solve the issue the parts is is not available at service center, right now we are hiring the car to solve our personal needs and make the installment of the car loan.

                    Worst service, rc card not received from last 100 days, tyre monitoring systems not working since 3 months. Vehicle taken for the repair but alarm still persists.
                    Vehicle taken from sanghi toyota-indore.
                    Had purchased the vehicle from sanghi toyota on july 1st. Was promised the registration card would be reiceived within 2 month max. After 96 days yest to receive rc card. Tyre pressure monitoring system is not working properly since past 3 months and the dealer technicians are not able to fix it.
                    Only adverstising features and toyota loyalty for quality and service is of no use unless it is executed on field.
                    I was more happy with service of maruti - my previous car swift.
                    Still not cear when i will get my vehicle after trouble shootng and my rc card.
                    Realyy pathetic. Made a great mistake by buying toyota vehicle

                      Dear Sir,
                      I have purchased the Toyota Innova Crysta, international brand of toyota, from Buddha toyota motor patna and financed it through SBI, Patar Branch, Siwan, Bihar dated 28.09.2016 The details are:
                      1. Vehicle Registration no. BR01CZ-0999.
                      2. Engine no. 2GDA018754.
                      3. Chassis no. MBJAB3EM[protected].
                      4. Make-INNOVA,
                      5. Model- 2.5 E 7 STR
                      When I purchased it and till the time I am mentally and economically harassed. The service centre keep the vehicle for months just to repair the small2 defects, you can also check it through service centre's records. So to fulfill my needs i have left with no other options than to rent another vehicles. Also my vehicle is insured with toyota insurance.
                      On 21.07.2018, I was going to Ballia, U.P. for some personal work, on the way nearby nagra, Ballia U.P. the vehicle was parked properly in the parking area but someone hit it from behind and unfortunately the vehicle got damaged. I immediately informed about this incident to Toyota Customer service centre. After one day i.e. on 22.07.2018 for the repairing pupose they took the vehicle to Rajendra Toyota, Gorakhpur, U.P. through Toyota service van. There my vehicle is still standing in its same damaged condition without any repairment due to which I am forced to rent another vehicles to fulfill my needs. In addition to that I am also depositing the monthly instalment of INR 44, 000 to the Bank which is not at all right.
                      So, I request you to please repair and handover my vehicle without any further delay. Also the Kirloskar Toyota Motor have to pay the instalments of SBI Bank for the months for keeping the vehicles and delaying the repairment without any solid reason, otherwise I have left with no other option than to file complaint to consumer forum.

After accidental repairing dealer mechanical see me why karaoke no problem any. So i ask supervisor to swift my vehicle to general repairing and services department. After service department mechanical se supervisor to vehicle 8080 radiator and soccer damage. So i confused 1 mechanical se vehicle ok another mechanical se radiator damage. So what we do. General service all payment pay by consumer and damage parts pay by insurance company so i think dealer cheat me to change the radiator.

                          I ‘ sanjay bhardwaj r/o wz-68 mukharjee park. Tilak nagar new delhi-110018 purchased a new car (Innova crysta, 2.4 v. Package, x 8 seater), engine no. 2 gd a 230140 key no. 89626 register dl 10 cl3821) on 13/09/2018 from your agent galaxy toyata, tsg complex 61/1-a nazafgarh road moti nagar new delhi-110018 after paying a cost of appox. Rs.23, 00, 000/- (Twenty-three lakh only. I paid rs. 37, 000/- in addition to above amount for necessary items supplied by this agency apporx rs. 24, 00, 000/-. Sir, i belong to a middle class family, i took a loan of rs. 15 lakh from the bank to purchase this car. I always purchased cars from maruti company and they never cheated me. But i was suggested by my friends to purchase a car from your good company. 13/09/2018, was a bad day of my life when i purchased this car from your company.

                          I purchased this car on 13th september 2018 and it did not start on 14/09/2018. A sales executive mr. Rajesh told me to remove the mat and try to start the car but without doing so it luckly started. Day on 26/09/2018 when i was travelling near sonipat, gannur (Harana) at midnight i attended a natural call and stopped the car. Again it did not start. My wife one daughter and my son was with me. It was a deserted area. It was a terrible night in my life.

                          Almightily god helped me as after many tries it started and i reached my home in delhi.
                          On 27/09/2018 it did not start so i called toll free no. [protected], one mechanic reached and he could not start the car and suggested me to call agency. A person mr. Dharam raj tochened this car to above said agency (Job no. 335221) on 27/09/2018. Now this car is lying with the agency.

                          Sir, within 15 days i have realized that i have made a great mistake by purchasing a new but defected car from your good company.
                          Your kind honour is requested to return my money including all charges cgst, cess, sgst, insurance or any other charge, because i paid these charges on the behalf of this car. I do not want any further harassment from your kind company. Your kind honour will not hear me than where should i go for justice.
                          This above said agency does not have any mechanic/engineer to handle such defected car. They are making money only. Please refund my above said amount at your earliest.

                            I'm balaji, working in qatar, i brought innova crysta in nov 2018. (Zxat).
                            Total kilometres drive only 10, 000 km.in my three trips.
                            I send my mpv for first service and inform that steering is shaking at 120km speed.
                            As per lanson toyota service tech.
                            3 alloy wheels got bend. So this need to be replaced.

                            So the quantity of the alloy wheels which is installed in vehicle is very worst.
                            Toyota to give the replacement.

The outlet at Injakkal TVM is saying that they can't fix it as there is no supply of front camera. They won't fix it even if I purchase and hand it over. I am in dire need of a front camera.                                 My self jagan. Jj proud owner of toyota innova ka-02-ml-5115 and this is my mail which can show u my highest level of the dissatisfaction from one o[censored]r dealer ship from india (Nandi toyota bangalore).

                                This started from my 1 st service for the brake noise concern and it was continued till the car was 5000kms.

                                And i had to visit the dealership for more than 5times to get my concerns rectified...!!!

                                Here is the major point of dissatisfaction. I had dropped my car for the audio system cd player not working concern and the dealership told me that this should be removed and sent to some service station and get it fixed.

                                And after4 days i got a call from the dealership stating that to fix there is a coins in the audio system and that had short circuited the mother board..!

                                And it will cost me 15000 rupees and i was shocked then i visited the dealership to enquire the same.

                                I met the cr and manager mr. Sharath shetty and he had shown me the photos of the damages and i found the column about the estimation and i forcefully asked him to open the same, which had given me a huge shock..!!

                                The estimate was only 6, 079 rupees..!!! I have also taken the photo of it which i have attached below for your refference.

                                Then later the advisor calls again for a reestimation which was 9500rs and is the final wat the dealership can do for u. Rest left to ur choice

                                Is toyota cheating the customers.!!??

                                Is this is what your q-service..!!!??

                                Is this what toyota teaches the dealership...!!!

                                Is this what happens in all the toyota dealerships arround the world..!!??

                                Should i believe toyota any more..!!!?
                                Should i really refer toyota to my family and friends..!!!???

                                I don't know what all the surprises and shocks that i have to face in future..!!!

                                My self Jagan.JJ proud owner of toyota innova ka-02-ml-5115 and this is my mail which can show u my highest level of the dissatisfaction from one o[censored]r dealer ship from INDIA ( NANDI TOYOTA BANGALORE).

                                This started from my 1 st service for the brake noise concern and it was continued till the car was 5000kms.

                                And i had to visit the dealership for more than 5times to get my concerns rectified...!!!

                                Here is the major point of dissatisfaction. i had dropped my car for the audio system cd player not working concern and the dealership told me that this should be removed and sent to some service station and get it fixed .

                                And after4 days i got a call from the dealership stating that to fix there is a coins in the audio system and that had short circuited the mother board..!

                                And it will cost me 15000 rupees and I was shocked then I visited the dealership to enquire the same.

                                I met the Cr and manager Mr.Sharath Shetty and he had shown me the photos of the damages and i found the column about the estimation and I forcefully asked him to open the same, which had given me a huge shock..!!

                                The estimate was only 6, 079 rupees..!!! I have also taken the photo of it which I have attached below for your refference.

                                Then later the advisor calls again for a reestimation which was 9500rs and is the final wat the dealership can do for u . Rest left to ur choice

                                IS TOYOTA CHEATING THE CUSTOMERS .!!??

                                IS THIS IS WHAT YOUR Q-SERVICE..!!!??

                                IS THIS WHAT TOYOTA TEACHES THE DEALERSHIP...!!!

                                IS THIS WHAT HAPPENS IN ALL THE TOYOTA DEALERSHIPS ARROUND THE WORLD..!!??

                                SHOULD I BELIEVE TOYOTA ANY MORE..!!!?
                                SHOULD I REALLY REFER TOYOTA TO MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS..!!!???

                                I don't know what all the surprises and shocks that I have to face in future ..!!!

                                I have owned toyota fortuner from castel toyota they final showroom price 30.23lacs but at time of delivery they charged 30.72lacs and saying that prices are increased and even i have given 1lac rs in advance or pre booking and alsocheated alot in accesory.

                                  I have purchased toyota innova crycta 2.4g with 8 str on 26/04/2018 from infinium toyota rajkot. But soon within 3 month and 4700km. My car turbo fail. No body ans. Me sir now my point is that the turbo of the engine is as well as heart of the engine. And if it fails ultimately i would be in loss after purchase car of reputed company like toyoto. And it will be lifetime regret of purchasing of toyoto car.

                                    Lanson service executive chennai branch reported that our wheel disc has bent so we changed it. After that we checked in other showroom 3, 4 times checked and told that 100 % wheel disc was pacca.. Due to this problem i lost 45000. Kindly request you to check with your engineer and give the compensation amount.. Otherwise i will file a complaint in court with pacca documents...
