Please find attached job card of globe toyota ludhiana dated 04th april, 2018. As per verbal discussion the front soccer of the vehicle has been damaged. The vehicle is under insurance.

For the last 8 days, we are not getting any clue that when the vehicle will be delivered after necessary repair. Last week a confirmation was given that the order of required materiel has been placed by globe toyota. For which today, they have informed us that the material has still not received. We would like to lodge the complaint against the agency as they are harassing us by not giving the date of delivery of the vehicle.

    Through ald insurance i booked a new car and they suggested to go through radhakrishna toyota. They told the black car delivery will be only after a month but soon got a call that the car is available and asked us to visit. When we went they showed from outside quoting that car keys are with someother person and urged for registration. We accepted for the registration as we thought new car in showroom might not be treated well, so went ahead with registration. They got my signature, registered without showing the car and gave it after registration then i found inside the car is all used... Please suggest what best can be done. Can we go to consumer court?

      I own three fortuner and two innova, by this you can understandmy loyality towards the company. I sent my car fortuner 2018 number hr 10 ac 0054 for the back bumper paint. The car was ceraamic coated 15 days before handling over to workshop. The cloth they used while washing the car left my car’s body full of scratches. I am in regret to view the condition of my new car due to dirty and full of dust clothes used by your people burrying it into scratches and then they try to cover by saying “ color is black”. The scratches never came from micro fibre cloth used by me while washing. Secondly while handling over the car i asked the people that why monkeys are roaming around inside the company’s area but they assured me we will take care of your car. The jumping of monkeys over my new car too left it into deep scratches. I have made video too of them jumping around and using there teeth on car’s accessories. Secondly they damaged one of my accesories i. E door wisor and one of the car’s body part is missing. Please look into the matter as soon as possible and provide me
      1) door visor front right.
      2) the body part whose picture i am attaching.
      3) compensate for my ceramic coating or do it. (Whose proof too i am attaching.)
      Its not about only my cars but about trust of people who sends their car to your that particular workshop mishandling toyota’s reputation. Waiting for positive response.

        I am an owner of corolla altis car with registration no uk06 aj 0101.
        A minor accident occurred in november 2017 with my car and it was sent to commercial toyota moradabad, up showroom was repair work.
        All things were done but the ac of the car was not repaired and itvis not cooling at all. The showroom person told us that it will be done later on due to some problem on their part. The car was sent there multiple times but the problem was not rectified and they also said that they have also checked by fitting new compressor in it.
        Later they said that as the car was purchased from toyota 36 showroom faridabad haryana.
        We took the car there also but they after checking the car and taking 3-4 days said that we have mailed the problem to the company and they have said that fault is on part of moradabad showroom and company wont do it, it has to be done by moradabad showroom on there own.
        Faridabad showroom person said that we should take the car and should ask moradabad showroom on our own to do it.
        Car is still with faridabad showroom.
        We have also lodged the complaint by calling on your customer care no but no satisfactory response was given and they are also not serious about it.
        Being an owner of two fortuner and one altis of your company i dont expect this from your company.
        Request you to get our problem solved else we will be left with no other choice then to go to consumer forum.

          Dear concern,
          I am proud owner of your legacy brand toyota etios platinum from 20th february 2018 which was been purchased from commercial motor sales pvt. Ltd., 1 km from 0 mile, next to chandra dhaba, rampur road, moradabad-244001.
          As the vehicle is no doubt the best option available in this segment.
          But as on till date i have not received permanent registration number and the bluetooth music system which was committed at the time of delivery and all payments have been paid from my side before taking the delivery.
          From last 42 days i have been following up the issue continuously to the sales team (Mr. Rehman mob - [protected] and mr. Sujahat malik gm mob - [protected]) but as of now both are not picking up my calls.
          Due to this callousness and unprofessional approach towards the customer i don't think that

          Placing customer satisfaction first, integrating sales with service and service parts in a single convenient location, we contribute to speedy and efficient service, allowing customers to experience the convenience and pleasure of owning toyota automobile.

          These big lines should be used on websites and commercials.
          I am attaching my invoice copy and temporary registration number which has already expired on 25th march 2018 and been local citizen of moradabad why i have been given temporary number.
          Looking forward for solutions for my both queries.
          I have also registered complaint on customer support numbers (Reference no. Tcm[protected]) twice without any solution to it.

            I have innvova purchased in Oct 2015, I see Gear Hard and steering hard, when I approved service Center they said no problem every time and once the gear got struck and service person said no problem and now the service person say we need to change the clutch assembly. I am not sure the service person have the capability to fix the issue, can you get this check and help. I gave Harsh Toyota in Madhapur Hyderabad

              Dear sir i sent my vehicle Up32 EM 9988 for body repair work on 15march 18 at sunny toyota amausi airport Kanpur road Lucknow workshop till now my vehicle in workshop.There is no work done on my car body repair work, so that no work has been done till now, no proper responce given has been given to the workshop GM, 4 times, no response has been received. You only need to complete the car's work, but only by car, that you can do it.

                My vehicle NumberMH04 HU6060 INNOVA CRYSTA 2.8 Z,

                I had brought my vehicle in 2016 in the month of November.First I had problem with left rear tyre after 19, 000Kms.I found air bubble in the tyre so i complained to Millenium Toyota -the authorized dealer for Toyota. They took photos of the defective tyre & told me that they will send the photos to Bridgestone tyre manufacturer.Toyota says tyres not covered by them but whether i had purchased tyres seperately ? Also 95 % of the materials used by toyota are sourced from their suppliers so will they keep on saying all this for each and every items ? replaced the tyre with spare tyre of car & defective tyre kept as spare tyre. But after 5days i again found air bubble in tothe replaced tyre.So again complained to Millenium Toyota -the authorized dealer for Toyota about same problem of other tyre. They again took photos of the defective tyre & told me that they will again send the photos to Bridgestone tyre manufacturer. Asked them about previous tyres report, they told me that they will not give warranty for the tyre as tyre had been damaged due to impact.After 10-15 days they agreed to replace the tyres on 50% cost for two tyres as a good will gesture by them after lot of followup but we were complaning about the bad quality of tyres.Now both front tyres are became defective so i again complained to Millenium Toyota -the authorized dealer for Toyota. They assured me they will coordinate with Bridgestone tyre manufacturer. After 10-12 days they called me & informed me that both tyres became faulty because i drive the car on bad roads.I told them because of bad roads.So asked them to give me the reason in writing that tyres became faulty because of bad roads. After two days they sent me Email regarding same but they did not wrote about bad road reason.If tyres became faulty then the quality & design of tyres is very bad.Our dealer never told us the problems with 17" tyres. Its unfortunate such a well trusted company which cares about safety and quality.

                  Myself Charanjeev soi from bathinda my Innova PB03AF 8141 after accident is in Pioneer Toyata bathinda workshop for repair from 18th January 2018 but till today 4th April their is no satisfactory answer from workshop when they will deliver the car. They are postponing the delivery of car from last 40 days. I am suffering to much . I don’t know who will give me the expenses which I used for taxes during this period I completed many times but not results. Plz solve my problem & issue expenses .

                    One of sales person sandeep from budha toyota, bodhgaya. He is totally a fraud man. He always walk at the door of every travel agency and hotels in bodhgaya.

                    He try to convience people to buy new car from him and he commit everyone to give more and more discounts. Inspite of this he demand few amount like 4000, 5000.

                    There are so many illiterate villager who has been cheated by this sandeep sales boy. I want a serious action should by taken against this boy.

                      A brand new toyota cresta done only 25000 kms, needs new set of tyres according to experts (Harsha toyota velapanchavadi) who don't seem to own up to the problem. They site reasons like bad roads for the wearing off of the tyres. Isn't it designed for indian roads? Or are we supposed to buy the toyota product and use it only in smooth roads??? We were redirected to apollo tyre company. My point is why should we run from pillar to post? Why can't toyota use a better brand of tyres when we spend so much money on their product? They can attempt a michelin or a pirelli and avoid such cheap misses?

                        That if i will give him 5000 inr as a gift then he will be offer me this discount. He also told me that if you want to buy etios vehicle
                        From budha toyota then you have to keep a good relation with me, and you have to always offer treat for me otherwise you will get
                        Trouble at the time of servicing of your vehicle.
                        This sales executive act like a broker. I want to ask from toyota company that what is this? A small sales executive is spoiling toyota company names.
                        Now i don't want to buy car from toyota. I am finding and searching another same category car from maruti and hundai company.
                        I just want to tell the company please take some serious action about such type of corrupt sales executive.

                          Just 1 year back i purchase vehicle innova crysta from toyota showroom suffers alot as rotor of vehicle is not working properly... So company replace it by new rotor. Second
                          Big problem i suffer that vehicle stops suddenly while driving and then company bring tears in my eyes in such away that they are unable to find mistake and rectify it till 20 to 21 days, in that duration i have to suffer lots of difficulties in travelling. Being a doctor i have to manange emergency stuations as well, but as vehicle is not there... I had to do by taxi which is too costly. My question is — by investing 23 lakhs approx why i have to suffer alot?

                            On august 7th only i bought a new innova cysta (Automatic). Now just appox. 7700 km only completed. On feb 3rd i felt brake jattering issue and took my vehicle into lanson toyato service station (Koyambedu chennai). Service advisor mr prabha karan saw my concern. Next day he called me said your vehicle ready to take and i inquired about that issues idiotically he says at sports mode, if you apply brake this problem will occur. Without my knowledge he did machining brake disc and said this will never happen next time. He gave assurance to change disc if it occurs next time.

                            After 500km started same issue. Again i took my vehicle into service station. This time i met advisor mr gnanasekar. I said issues about what last time happens along with present tyre issue. Yes, i had running time tyre burst complaint on highway road. Before i'm going out from there i said to mr gnanasekar that please call me for any
                            Kind of work. But again without my knowledge he did same mistake. He said like my technician done machining work without my permission. Due to this obviously life span of brake disc will decrease. But it's actually manufacturing fault. They even not looks my tyre concern.

                            Shame on a brand like a toyota. Dealer even not worrying to do make complaint. Worst service center ever..!

                              Vibration of steering and whole front body while applying brakes.
                              Company is not able to rectify my problem just tells me that there are too many linings on the disc and they skim the disc and it works fine for 10-12 days and the vibrations start again

                                    I have estos liva which i were buying from thirtisix toyota services center. Last week i have given his vehicle for front bumper replacing in same serves center & i were surprised when i saw the bill detail, labour cost was higher then part cost which was very difficult to me for understand. When we asked about that they replay me that cost is our fixed cost as per our schedule.

                                    Labour cost for change it 3500 rs

                                        I had a tyre burst of my brand new toyota innova bought one month ago. The left hind tyre was in tatters and luckily the occupants survived a major disaster. As it was a hind tyre the vehicle swayed to right and with great difficulty could be brought under control. The bursting of a tyre of a high end vehicle appears to be unaddressed as many vehicles are facing this problem. The company has itself flip flopped on the 16"and 17" wheels. The company should decide on the size of tyres and fit the right one of good quality especially when the competitors are doing away with stepny tyres. I have put a complaint to the company and waiting for them to decide on the issue. Till then i am scared to use the vehicle though i am loosing my time as well as i suffer financial loss. I take solace that my family survived a major accident.
