breakage of alloy wheel

I purchased a Toyota Fortuner vehicle from GLOBE TOYOTA Karnal in September 2010. The Vehicle has run ~12000 kms. I took the SUV to Mussorie about a month ago. The rear driver side ALLOY WHEEL developed crack in it. I have been using the SUVs for past 15 years and it is the frist time that I have seen/heard of an alloy wheel cracking. I made a complaint to GLOBE TOYOTA AMBALA but recieved cold shoulder from them.

Rooftop beading flying off while driving

Roof top beading of my car Toyota Innova SUV KA05 MH3409 purchased a year ago from Nandi Toyota and being serviced continously at Ravindu Toyota on Hosur road had its Roof top beading fly off while driving. Rear brake light failure

Your manual and literature state that the LED brake lights do not require replacement since they have a life time guarantee. Hence should one fail, the design make sit impossible to replace the LEDs since they are in a sealed unit. The cost of this unit in Australia is$399.
You may be aware that there has been a problem with Prius brake lights in Australia.

Etios car quality
