Hello,

I have purchased a toyota Etios car this april and i am not satisfied at all with the breaking system and i am getting this problem from very first week of purchase of car. Whenever i press the break pedal of the car the sound of something hitting with the tyres comes with a big noise. it comes everytime whenever i perss the breaks which is very annoying and not expected from a new car.
I also went to the service center in jahangirpuri where they took 4 hours to check my car and they also not able to find out the problem of this. I am very disappointed with the brand toyota. This is not expected at all.
Also, the paint on body is so thin and delicate that it is very easily taken out just like that. I am facing the problem with htis also as i was given the satisfaction for the body paint after doing 3M coating on it.

The average promised by toyota for Etios is only a dream for buyer which didnt come even closer to what was promised.

Please respond to these complaints.

    i recived mail from toyota company for winner prize of 500000 GBP AND car
    they told our diplmat henry bob call you when recived in delhi
    bob [froud] contact me and told me your parcel recivied from uk
    and money ,i going in rbi for convert in INR
    please deposited money in sbi bank and ICICI so i deposited one by one upto 1100000INR after complted all work i am coming pune[all process i had complted]
    but after 29th 2011 his phone switch off no replay
    this type company take action and give me my money back

          Please refer to my complaint number DCM[protected].
          I am attaching 3 photographs of my car which very clearly show the extent of inflow of water between the door and the car body. This is due to a manufacturing defect, by not having the 2nd.rubber beading between the door and the car body. All other makes of cars have it. I am surprised at how a well know company like Toyota missed out on this.
          The details of my vehichle are as follows:
          Etios V, Reg. No. HR 03 M 5362,
          Engine No.: 2NRV009518
          Chassis No.: MBJB29BT[protected].
          Purchased in April 2011 from Pioneer Toyota, Industrial Area, Chandigarh.
          I had also requested the customar care from this agency for the same. Apparently your reply was not satisfactory, thereby this email to you.
          I sincerly hope that you will look into this lapse asap.

          thanks a lot Satish. will go thru the papers for terms and conditions
          I am also going through this same pain and after following it up with toyota for a very longtime, I am not getting any satisfactory reply from them. The people in toyota are totally ignorant of the problems of very high Noise and vibrations in my vehicle which can be felt at the steering, dashboard, side arm rest, doors, roof top, boot. The weather gaskets are missing from all 4 doors.battery gets exhausted in one week etc.

          I tried to write reviews on the famous websites but some biased people would make some personal remarks to discourage me to highlight my issues. Frustrated by this, I have uploaded my own website to highlight my concerns.

          After buying Etios-Quality, Performance, Technology, Engineering, Customer first approach - all looks fake.
          I am also goiing throught the same thing. The water inflow is a lot which also dirties the inside of the car.
          I am facing similar problem and it irritates me when I wash my car. Always I have to swipe the water droplets by opening the door.
          It is waste of my precious time. I was very much impressed about the quality aspect of Toyota, If this is the type of quality they give. I am worried about the statement. "Toyota means Quality".

            I have purchaed the above vehicle from M/S.Uttam Toyota , Ghaziabad vide invoice no.A[protected] dated 01.03.2011 / 15.10. The vehicle is registered in my name Sunil Kapoor, M-14 , kalaka Ji , New delhi-110019 bearing registration no.DL 3 CBV 1574.

            I got it I st free service on 01.04.2011 at 638 KM at Glaxy Toyota , Okhla Ind. Area. Now I am facing a very peculiar problem in my vehicle.
            If I do not use the vehicle for 2-3 days and it is in parking, the car does not start at all. I have faced this problem 2-3 times and so I want to bring the same to your notice so that the corrective action is taken immediately.

            I have made complaint at least 5 times but the complaint has not been attende to. This is the action company for the NEW CAR.

              FEEDBACK AFTER ABOUT TWO AND A HALF MONTH OF PURCHASING TOYOTA ETIOS WITH REGISTRATION NO. HR51 AN 0969.



              COMPANY NEVER DECLARE THAT THEY ARE GIVING ONLY FOUR ALLOY WHEELS // SPARE WHEEL IS NOT A ALLOY WHEEL AND ALSO NORMAL ( WITHOUT TUBELESS ) WHILE EVERYWARE COMPANY DECLARING THAT THEY ARE GIVING ALLOY WHEEL.



              First of all thanks very much to give me a car in which One door can be use to exit from the car i.e. Driver Side Door because Your Passenger Side Front Door is a great Magic which can be lock any time and no body can open it at that time.



              Since Day One this problem Existing in my car and People at your place Picked my car and droped my car ==> how many time even they don't know, (Refer belo Mail)



              All most all the experts here worked on it and got trained on this model but still this problem in UNRESOLVABLE.



              Apart from this, as time passes my issue gets older and unforgetable moment for me.



              KINDLY DO THE NEEDFUL TO REFUND MY FULL MONEY BACK AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. I DON'T WANT TO MAKE EXPERIMENTS ON THIS CAR ANY MORE. ITS ALMOST TWO AND A HALF MONTH PASSES WITH SIMPLE ASSURANCES.

              10 CAR MUSIC SYSTEM TOYOTA QUALITY REVOLUTION ==> TOYOTA GIVES QUALITY NO DISCOUNTS NO PROPER DEMO GIVEN TO OPERATE THE SYSTEM. DEMO GIVEN

              NEW OBSERVATIONS
              11 RUBBER FOOT MAT AT THE ACCESSORIES COUNTER==> ONCE AGAIN ==> TOYOTA QUALITY REVOLUTION FABRIC FOOT MAT INSIDE THE CAR ARE PROPERLY DESIGNED WHILE RUBBER FOOT MAT ARE NOT DESIGNED FOR ETIOS MODEL. SAME DESIGN AVILABLE IN MARUTI ALTO CAR WHICH HAS LESS FLOOR AREA AS COMPARED TO ETIOS. THIS CAR NEEDS SOME SPECIALLY DESIGNED AS LIKE IN CASE OF FABRIC MAT.
              12 CNG FITMENT REQUIREMENT TOYOTA QUALITY REVOLUTION HERE PETROL VERSION NO DOUBT GOOD IN ITSELF BUT TO MAKE IT MORE ECONOMICAL AND TO COMPETE IN MARKET CNG VERSION / CNG UPGRADATION ALSO REQUIRED. IT WILL DEFINETELY BEAT THE MARKET. SO ITS MY HUMBLE REQUEST TO TOYOTA TEAM PLEASE INFORM ME IF IT CAN BE DONE.
              13 BLACK PLASTIC MATERIAL TOYOTA QUALITY REVOLUTION BLACK COLOUR PLASTIC NEAR DOOR GLASS WINDOW ( SIDE MIRROR AREA) AND BELOW BELOW FRONT GLASS AROUND WIPER IS SO DULL IN QUALITY THAT LOOKS VERY OLD IN JUST TWO MONTHS.
              14 BASIC FLOOR MAT SIZE TOYOTA QUALITY REVOLUTION INTIAL FABRIC FLOOR MAT WHICH FITTED AT THE TIME OF MANUFACTURING IS LITTLE BIT SMALL IN SIZE DUE TO WHICH IT LEAVES SPACE IN BETWEEN DASH BOARD AND CENTRE PANEL AND LOOKS ODD IN THE AREA AND SAME THING ALSO IN TRUNK AREA (LEFT AND RIGHT SIDE).
              15 RADIO ANTENA TOYOTA QUALITY REVOLUTION IT’S A VERY IRRITATING JOB TO SCREW AND UNSCREW THE ANTENA. IT SHOULD BE OPTIONAL TO REMAIN IT OR REMOVE IT. ONLY A SMALL EXTENSION CAN MAKE IT.
              16 ALLOY WHEEL TOYOTA QUALITY REVOLUTION HERE ONE SHOCKING NEWS I GOT WHEN SUDDENLY MY CAR HAVE A PUNCTURE. I NEED TO REPLACE SPARE WHEEL BUT I SAW THAT ONCE AGAIN COMPANY CHEATED HERE AND GIVEN A NORMAL WHEEL INPLACE OF ALLOY WHEEL ALSO WHEEL IN NOT TUBELESS ==> MEANS WHEN YOUR CAR GOT A PUNCTURE THEN RUN YOUR CAR ON THREE ALLOY WHEEL AND ONE NORMAL WHEEL ==> HOW SHAMEFUL ON THE ROAD AT THAT TIME. SO WE AGAIN NEED TO REPLACE THE ORIGINAL WHEEL AFTER PUNCTURE GOT REPAIRED. SHOCKING NEWS AFTER HEARING THIS NEWS I DIDN'T USE SPARE WHEEL. ITS STILL NEW SO KINDLY TAKE IT BACK AND REFUND MY MONEY FOR THIS OR REPLACE IT AS YOU MENTIONED IN THE CATALOGUE. NEVER TOYOTA PERSON SAID THIS THING TO THEIR CUSTOMERS BEFORE SALES NOR THEY MENTIONED SAME ON THEIR CATALOGUE THAT THEY ARE GIVING ONLY FOUR ALLOY WHEELS AND SPARE WHEEL IS NORMAL.               17 EXTENDED WARRANTY TOYOTA QUALITY REVOLUTION AS TOLD TO ME AT THE TIME OF SALE THAT TOYOTA IS NOT GIVING EXTENDED WARRANTY BUT MGF TOYOTA GURGOAN IS GIVING EXTENDED WARRANTY TO THEIR CUSTOMERS.

              I have purchased One Toyota Etios VX from 36 Toyota, Faridabad. Temp Regn No. HR99HM7386 in the name of Sumit Sharma, R/o H. No. 969-A, Sector-29, Faridabad (Haryana).



              At the time of purchase and before purchase I got so many assurances from Toyota Representatives and Sales Team but All of them seems to be fraud at the very first day of purchase of my car.



              ALSO THERE IS NO CUSTOMER FEEDBACK PROCEDURE FROM ANY DEPARTMENT TILL TODAY MEANS JUST SALE OUT THE PRODUCT FROM THE TOYOTA SHOW ROOM IS THE MARKET BEHIND THE FACE OF THE COMPANY.




              EVEN I TRIED TO CONTACT ON PHONE SO MANY TIMES BUT STILL SAME PROBLEM PERSIST IN THE SYSTEM.



              After investment of huge amount such activities drops all the craze of purchasing a new car.



              After sales è service is that which can only bring revolution.



              Purchasing a New Product is not a difficult task But Make Customers Happy forever is the main task which is Revolutionary. This is the level where customers commits again to buy same company products and also suggest others for the same.

The weather gaskets are missing from all 4 doors.battery gets exhausted in one week etc.

              I tried to write reviews on the famous websites but some biased people would make some personal remarks to discourage me to highlight my issues. Frustrated by this, I have uploaded my own website to highlight my concerns.

                i have purchased toyota corolla altis diesel in january 2011. it was giving average of 19 km per litre. after first service at vapi nanavati it comes down to 15 km per litre. how ever i have inquired about this to my dealer nanavati vapi he send me to there another branch at surat, i have gone to surat after inspection they suggested me to go for another service before its due time for service. i have once again given it for next service to avail average but again it is giving me 15 k m per litre average.
                now nanavati vapi brance says that we can not do any thing for this. kindlly help me and rectify my problem as it is claimed by your company it should give me atleast 20 km per litre insted of 21.43 km per litre average.
                i request your good self to look in to matter as your dealer is help less in to it.

                        I purchased a Toyota Fortuner vehicle from GLOBE TOYOTA Karnal in September 2010. The Vehicle has run ~12000 kms. I took the SUV to Mussorie about a month ago. The rear driver side ALLOY WHEEL developed crack in it. I have been using the SUVs for past 15 years and it is the frist time that I have seen/heard of an alloy wheel cracking. I made a complaint to GLOBE TOYOTA AMBALA but recieved cold shoulder from them.
                        kindly look into my complaint and take remedial action. I have heard that TOYOTA company has very high quality standards and takes customer satisfaction as its top most priority. This kind of problem of alloy wheel breakage is not expected from a reputed company.
                        please respond early as my vehicle is stranded for lack of 1 tyre.

                          Sir, I have given my Toyota Innova No.AP36R 3009 in Radhakrishna Automobiles Pvt., Hyderabad on 14th June 2011 for rectification of wiring, seat channels and interior cleaning. I have received my vehicle on 16th June 2011 in such a condition that all the electrical wires very visible i.e., it did not put inside the frame and zig zag status. Also it is found that there is a dent inside the door. I paid Rs.6400/- vide Inovice No.HY03A-TAX11-11850, Dt.[protected]. It is our badluck and i feel its my fate that I have taken Toyota Innova to enjoy and expected very good service from the dealers. Its all waste of money and valuble time since I stay in Warangal which is 150 kms. away from Hyderabad. Even for a minor problem, they are taking at least 2-3 days. Now, I am not satisfied with their service and I recomend the public not to choose Toyota Innova as there is no proper service.

                          I HAD BEEN GIVEN THE APPOINTMENT FOR 12 ON 25TH NOVEMBER 2011 FOR SERVICE. BUT WHEN I REACHED THERE I FOUND A LONG QUE AND THEN I HAD BEEN ASKED TO WAIT IN THAT QUE. I TOLD MY APPOINTMENT IS AT 12 BUT THEY SAY YOU HAVE TO FOLLOW THE QUE . I DO IT EVERY TIME BUT THIS TIME I SPECIFICALLY ASKED BECAUSE THE QUE WAS LONG , THAT WHEN YOU HAVE GIVEN THE APPOINTMENT THEN IT IS YOUR CONCERN HOW TO ATTEND TO ME AND NOT MAKING ME WAIT. BUT THEY SAID THIS IS THE SYSTEM AND TO BE FOLLOWED. BUT I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY THEN THEY HAVE TO OVERBOOK THEMSELVES AND IN THE RESULT THEY DON'T VALUE CUSTOMERS TIME. EVEN AFTER GETTING INSIDE THE COMPOUND IT TAKES AROUND 30 MINUTES FOR A ENGINEER TO ATTEND. THIS IS VERY BAD AND DISGUSTING.NOT EXPECTED THIS FROM A WORLD CLASS COMPANY TO MANAGE THIS WAY.                                     From the last 3 days my SUV UP78 BF 5100 was with Sunny Toyota and 3 Days back they are saying that the condencer was duplicate and then they change the condencer but then also the problem was not solved . But now Sunny Toyota Kanpur are saying that the compresser is having fault due to duplicate condencer now please tell us whose mistake is this ?. and who should be held responsible to pay the amount for this ? Sunny Toyota is saying the compressure cost is 23500 /- and condencer cost is 10500/- now please tell us who will pay this amount . and when i get the SUV back.

                                    innova — Duplicate condenser fitted from Rajpal Motors indore

                                    Sir,
                                    I met with an acciedent near Indore where i send my SUV to Rajpal Motors there they do all the works of my SUV UP78 BF5100 but now the ac is not working properly so i send my car to Sunny Toyota kanpur where they said that the condencer fitted by Rajpal Motors Indore was not Original. So please guide us what should we done.

                                      Hackers stole groies of winner and they are now been conected ilegals so as to trip them off their winnings and personal belongings.
                                      The message forwarded to you as your winning notification is from hackers
                                      all national lottery winning for 2011 are been Handled by the Lloyds TSB Bank.
                                      Lioyds TSB Bank is the Authorised Payou bank of the National Lottory Corporation WINNING for 2011.
                                      Contect them immediatly ( Lloyds TSB Bank)with your identification number so as not to allow hackers possibly make claims of your winnings.
