Toyota — Brake pads worn out

Although had no problem, I was suggedted to change brake pads during service at Mohali of my Fortuner PB35X4100 ran 44000 Km. Just after 5000 Km, not only pads but rotors also worn out. I doubt either pads were not changed or the quality of brake pads was not upto the mark. Pls suggest further action urgently. Also suggest good service center of Punjab..

Dear sir,
I have purchased an new toyata etios liva on 2013 from that date i have complined many time the car gives some noise and vibration in dash board, now three free services comleted but still now this problem is not solved kindly help to solve the issue
