Toyota — car service, poor staff on the job

On 4th oct., 17, my car etio liva reached at your service centre at bilaspur, chhattisgarh at about 12.30 noon. Person attending the customer there is mr kunal & mr vipin. Both of them are very much negative. If i have been issued a free coupon for teflon painting on the car, they should perform it, they have denied to say that it was the job of last agency. Sir, we know "toyota" not any agency. Even coupon is also issued by the company - toyota not by any agency. They have refused it to do, how can they?
After a hot discussion with them, i have taken out my car with out any job done there at about 2.30 pm.
Please better change your agent otherwise other customers will also return with out getting any service or repairs of the cars from such agents.
