Toyota — Complaint against the delivery period and charged fake amount | |||||
Dear sir/madam, Greetings!!! I am writing this complaint with regret and frustration.in the month of sep 2015 i purchased the car liva @dl1rt6697. And also getting the three time free services. Now i want to compliant about the same as i service my car from toyota service center, the toyota staff always charging against free service which supposed to be free from the company and when i raise the question against the same they are saying this is the fixed charged if you want to do then it’s ok, or not the go somewhere else just because its commercial number i don’t think there is some changes for servicing the car because commercial and personal car differential only by the car numbers. But they are saying always it’s a commercial number you have to pay you have no choice about it. Instead of that when i booked my car i received after two months delay for so many follow-ups with them. While i completed all the documentation and the required details for loans and etc and everything is perfectly done and they also approving that, against that i have a proof also get all the delays in that just because of a commercial number. Apart for that i have taken the insurance also from them which they are offering to me and i blindly trust them that everything's will be done smoothly. But again the same scenario happen when i service my car or construct the same under the insurance policy i lose each and every benefits because at that time they are saying these features not in your insurance policy while i paid continuously and on time the installments. While they charged extra bugs for insurance as that i will get the benefits accordingly but i dint and they are saying your extra amount will be refunded asap. Still i have received the same from past two years they promised and committed for that to me. As i service my car on 1st june they also taking too much of time on that and still as on date i haven't received my car and when i asking from them for the same they are saying if you get your car on time then clear the bills in cash then you will able to get your car otherwise not. And they charged me the paper file work etc. And giving me such bills with the fake charging. Each and every time whenever i raising the question for the same they are poked and bother me. And also using the rash language to me. The whole episode of servicing has become a nightmare and i am hugely dis-appointed with the customer services and their skill experience to service /repair car.
