Toyota — defective brand new innova crysta | |||
I rajesh kumar verma, from sonipat haryana, purchased a brand new innova crysta from toyota authorised dealer, silver color, no. Hr/70/temp/2019/664 purchased from smalkha panipat haryana on 13.3.2019 late in the evening. After few days, when i open the door i saw there are few bubbles inside the car parts (All doors). I had complaint regarding my grievience on toll free no. [protected] on 28/04/2019 and spoke to the person many times and no result taken till now. The representative from the company visited at my place and took photographs of the defective parts. After few days they called us to the dealerahip from where i purchased the car. I met with mr himanshu (General manager) regarding my problem and after the conversation he asked me to wait for two days so that he would talk to the company. Three days later i call mr himanshu and he replied that the company has saidthat they will paint the car parts again. If i get my car repair/repaint, then every moment in my mind will be the same thing that the company gave me a bad car. My heart is very sad. If i bought a new car then why i should get it repair/repaint when i paid for a new car? I am very disappointed by the company. I am feeling very sad due to fact that i took the car for myself and that company also betryaed me and gave me a defective car as my faith got very hurt.
