Toyota Executive fixed car in insurance but painted the front bumper charging me extra money when I explicitly told him not to. The extra charges paid he said were filing insurances (4500) - but when I called the insurance company they said the filing charges are only 1-2k. He also said the total amount I'm paying (6266) includes fixing of both lights outside of insurance. But one light was not fixed.
Basically outside of insurance he fixed what he wanted to and not what I wanted to and was paying for and then lied about the charges.
The paint on front bumper was also from the accident and should have anyways been covered by insurance. Was this information helpful? |
