Toyota — Got harassed after vehicle goes to workshop post accident

I am kapil sharma ([protected]) and owned itios liva my registered number is dl3c bd 6990 of diesel model from galaxy and this is about okhla workshop, i dropped my car at the workshop on 2nd may and it was first ever claim post accident. I was promised that i shall be given car positively by 10th lunch time. But when i called to confirm about delivery i was shocked to hear that they were not aware of my car delivery for that day as mr khan who was suppose to be taking care of my car has gone for training and the gm was hospitalised, so i was told that i shall be getting my car now on 11th may by 4 pm, i left my working place (Vasant kunj) at 2:30 so that i could be there by 3:30 and after reaching there i was escorted to sit in mr alok kumar cabin and he entertained very nicely and kept me busy with his polite and lovely nature.
Not to forget that from 2nd to 10th i did not get even single phone call from workshop about my car status. But i happen to call taruna, khan and as many people as i could.
So after having some time spent at mr alok i was taken to car as there were few things which i was told in my previous service to be changed, which happened to be just 10 days before i met with an accident and i had to send my car back to workshop as it was serviced very badly without being vacuumed and so on. I was shocked as it was around 5 pm on 11th may and my car was completely opened and there were no signs of any delivery so once again my delivery time and date got postponed and then that time i told your people over there that i don't want to keep any relationship with galaxy and therefore don't want to take smile package which i was keeping regularly since i got my car.
So finally i was told that they will be delivering the car at my school before lunch hours. And it was again me who was calling to know whereabouts of my car and at 6 pm in the evening i got call from driver to know my school address when i already told mr alok that my school hours are till 3:30 and as i was scheduled to leave out of station on 13th and we were out to some function at habitat centre finally my car was delivered at 8:30 pm but story does not finishes here. My centre locking was not working and i was told by that driver that please use manually and we shall send someone tomorrow morning and he left. I was not even asked how i was supposed to be making payments luckily i was carrying cash otherwise would have been another chapter. So after that function when i was about to leave with my family i realised even door key was not working and it was my kid who entered from boot space to open the car with all wet seats, no music system working, no air conditioning working.
After all this now they want me to take insurance from galaxy.
No way i would strongly recommend big no as you are only valued till your warranty period after that in spite of taking extended warranty from galaxy a smile customer i got to face all this.
