Toyota — I am complaining about two bitter incidents that happened while I went for my innova service

I went to grace toyota, nagpur for the servicing of my innova chyrsta. This vehicle belongs to cmi service society and i am the president of the society. I have two complaints to note here:
1. Regarding the payment mode the service center was not ready to accept cheque payment. Ours is a society and our auditor is very particular that every payment be made through cheque only. I tried to convince the people in the service station but they are not ready to listen to me. They made to run pillar to post collecting cash to make cash payment. It very strange that cheque payment are not accepted!
2. I had to order an indicator light for my car which was damaged. The service station demanded half payment before placing the order which i feel is too ridiculing. Ok i agreed and i made the full payment. It is now eighth days are over, so far no communication in this regard. Today i called the service station and when i inquired about it, they were telling me that i have to see if it has come, then tells me, we will have to see if any vehicle is going to chandrapur where my vehicle is. I think half of the the earnestness the service station showed in getting the money from the customer even before the order is placed should have been shown in giving the service to the customer. This is very appaling and very sad. This is my second bitter experience with toyota.

I have sent my car Gj 01 RD 1123 For service on 19 feb 2019.
They take long time for normal service.
I sent my car on morning and they give me back late evening.
