Date of purchase- 22 Oct 2011 Dealer- Goenka Motors Pvt Ltd, Varanasi Vehicle ID- MBJIIV[protected] I have bought the commercial vehicle on which the Toyota provide excise duty refund. Before buying I had a full faith on the company.But what happened next to me was shameful.The dealer was making excuses while the refund from last 4 years and finally they refuse now to refund the excise duty.
