Toyota — innova windscreen | |||
Since the time i've purchased my car from madhuban toyota in mumbai, the servicing of my car has always been done by shinrai toyota. After multiple complaints of the windscreen turning greasy in monsoon, they changed it after a year. Now the one that has been changed is even worse than the previous one. Inspite of constant repeated complaints no action has been taken. Only false assurances are given to me without any action being taken. This is my third innova, prior to that i had two toyota qualis. I have never faced such non cooperative behaviour from the dealers. Kindly look into the matter at the earliest. My driving experience is really bad because of this. This is not tje right way to treat your customer. Such carelessness on the side of the dealer can lead to dangerous outcomes for me as a driver.
