I had sent my car for service to one of your service centers on June 12th, 2013. After few days, one of the tyre got punctured and that is when we realized that one of the tyres have been changed by your company. The other tyres on the car are in good condition except one that is worn out. I wonder how. We have tried contacting the center multiple times and have been informed that they are researching on the issue. I wonder how long does the research take????
