Toyota — Late Car registration

I am writing this letter to inform you regarding the latest purchase of a car. Here are the details for the same:

I would like to bring in your notice that I have not yet received the registration details yet. I had purchased it for a very special occasion on 11-Oct -2021 at Radha madhav automobiles pvt ltd(ongole) . But we are really disappointed with ur service .We didn't expected this it's nearly more than 1 month we didn't received our registration details yet. Casually we should get our papers within 1mnth max.We are unable go to other state bcz of late registration..
