Toyota — l/h mirror damage

Hi sir
I have given my innova crysta (Ka41 mc 1818) for 15000 km general service on 22nd july at nandi toyota itpl branch and while receiving my vehicle after service i found the left side mirror got damaged. And nobody is bothering on the same and the same time they putting the blame on me by saying it was damaged before itself. I am the only one who use my vehicle and i am dam sure it wasn’t damaged before. On the other hand it was that they should noticed before itself in front of me. I am requesting you to take proper action on this
