Again coming to the same complaint no DCM[protected] on incovenience caused due to delay in service due to confusion between tyres replacement in Toyota Protect Premium policy, the problem still continues.
I had sent my vehicles as percommitment with all relevant documents only to hear that the surveyor was not available on monday and would come only on wednesday (i really do not know which wednesday. Although there was good initiative taken by Mr. Ali from showroom by calling the Totyota insurance RM to solve the matter on saturday, but current situation remains as it is.
Currently My vehicle is in Sanghi service centre enjoying the Dussehra Festival and I am enjoying my Dusshera festival with my kids Bicycle at Home.
This is this day wherein we use to have traditional aarti and vehicle is decked with flowers once in a year, but unfortunately this time I had to worship my New Toyota Bicycle at Home thanks to the commitment of service staff and seniors at Sanghi Toyota Service center.
The most painful part is people in Toyota are not serious about commitment, if the survey was to be done on monday why was it not done. I could have taken the vehicle after the survey and returned back after the survey report is concluded after 2/3 days
The worst thing is when the work is not done people stop picking up Phone calls which irritates the customer most. May be your team can get through by not attending calls but in our service we convey strong message to project owners if customer calls are
not attended by concerned project owners in case of customer escalations.
Your style of working may be different but Customer cannot suffer because of approach adopted by any company.
as far as dealership service is concerned the Anant Toyota is also of the catergory and they need lot of Basic training from Toyota people.I do not want to write their stories also here because I amnot a story teller and to write this complaint again it takes time, energy and we have to disturb your holiday life with Family.
Hope Someone Senior In Toyota will take the trouble of going through this and acts accordingly.
I am not not going to repeat This complaint the 3rd time...
