Toyota — Never delivered a car after full payment

This is my personal buying experience of toyota innova Crysta. Trust me it so pathetic CUSTOMER service. I booked the car from Hyderabad in Dec 2021, dealer promised to deliver in the first week of March. I processed everything paid 2Lac as down payment, LOAN processed and disbursement has been done(financier misled me and shaked hands with dealer to cheat me) 85% of the payment has been completed by end of the same month. I made follow up calls every 15 days, everything was good until March 1st week. But, They did not deliver the car. I called CUSTOMER care of Toyota they recorded the complaint and told me that they will take appropriate action with in 3 working days and deliver the car. 3 working days had passed, i did not get any call/email/response. Neither from Toyota and nor from dealer. I called CUSTOMER care again, they asked for 3 more days. Again no call/email/reaposne/update. Called again, they said they are escalating with high priority. Again no call/email/resposne/update. This repeated for 45 days. One day dealer shared vehicle details and asked me to plan delivery date. I asked them to deliver on an auspicious day. One day before the delivery, they said that they gave the vehicle to some other CUSTOMER who could put more pressure than I could on dealer. Then i complained to toyota on CUSTOMER care TOLL free, answer is same escalation, hight priority & 3 working days. Nothing happened after 3 working days. It repeated for several weeks. Then, dealer told me Toyota closing plant for 3 weeks for maintanence reasons so I have to wait until end of May. When it is over same follow up repeated for a week. Then I came to know that Toyota cancelled partnership with dealer. I asked Toyota who takes responsibility of the money I paid. They said they will take the complete responsibility and deliver the car through another dealer. They asked me to send the booking related documents whatever I have, I sent everything and waiting for a response, no response/mail/update/call. I called them after a week and asked what is the status CUSTOMER care representatives have no update and only relavent department will call and update CUSTOMERs, but how to CONTACT relavent department? There is no way, CUSTOMER care cannot forward calls internally, they are trained very well to convince you or confuse you. If both are not possible 3 working days, escalation and high priority. If you ask them further they will arrange a call back that would never happens. You never get any call/update/email/resposne whatever you do. CUSTOMER care representatives responses are like ### yourself, you never find anybody who can give you meaningfull resposne, only people you can reach are useless CUSTOMER care representatives, they never have any meaningful response. After 6 months I have no car delivered yet. One day I tried to get resposne somehow, so I called the other dealer, one and only remain dealer in our city. They said they did not get any update form Toyota about my booking, I asked them, let say you get update, then after that what would be the process, they answered I have to call the old dealer for refund. But, I was told that toyota take full responsibility, if I take responsibility of calling following up for the refund what is responsibility Toyota takes? If I get refund from old dealer, I can go somewhere else and book the car again, what is Toyota doing here? Nothing right? Probably You may be reading this to the end to see the good news that finally I get the car. But no I did not get the car or refund yet I am still waiting in the 7th month. I am stuck in this ### deal with toyota. I made a sin by commiting deal worth of 30Lac with dispecable car manufacturer. I am waiting for the refund, once refund is done I go and buy some other car. I decided to never buy any Toyota in future. Even sky falls, Toyota is the only car option remained on earth I don’t buy Toyota rather I buy a bull or horse cart.

I am updating this on 20th Aug, no refund yet.
