Toyota — Non delivery of Toyota Hyryder Hybrid G varient

I have bookes a Toyota Hyryder Hybrid G varient, white and black dual colour on 27th July, 2022 through your dealer M/s Nippon Toyota, Kottayam, Kerala State with booking number ORD[protected]. It is very sorry to say that even after completing a long 9 months, your agency couldn't deliver the vehicle or to give a valid reason for the delay. On booking time ( before 9 months), they have assured to deliver the vehicle within 3 or 4 months. Now the Dealer is saying that they are not getting the vehicle from the Manufacturer. We as a Customer expects some more accurate responses and good services from the Manufacturer and Dealer. Kindly let me know, when you are able to deliver the above vehicle to me. Expecting an earlier action from your end.
