Toyota — not delivering car in time

Dear sir,

I booked innova crysta 2.4 on dated 18/08/2017 after assurance to deliver
Within 4- 5 week. After receiving the call from your toyota showroom, 36 faridabad (Haryana) they show me another model which i have refused then they asked me to deposit rs.50k. I requested the customer service department
(Mr. Ajay rawat - [protected]) that i am ready for depositing complete amount
Asked him for price quotation) which he every time misguided me then he introduced me another person (Customer care service) mr. Naved khan - [protected]. This gentlemen also ignoring my request.

I am very thankful to you if you kindly look into this matter and resolve this
Case (I am ready to pay full amount before confirmation my car delivery)
