I left my liva vehicle ka 09 c 7890 at showroom (Palace toyota, mysore) on 18.10.2017 against accidental repair. And i paid advance on 03.11.2017 after the insurance approval. They told that they will deliver the vehicle within 10days, but they still haven't taken the vehicle into the ramp. They are conveying the message that they have lot of work or vehicles to be repaired and they don't have empty ramp. And i'm fed of hearing - "we'll take your vehicle tomorrow" from your service advisors. It's almost 10 tomorrow's & i think it may take me to count more...
In that case, if they don't have empty ramp; they would have told me before receiving advance. I would have searched for the alternate. I can't wait more than this that to buying a new car for commercial purpose...
So please register my complaint and get my vehicle repaired soon. Expecting your kind and favourable reply in this regard.
