Toyota — pb 03 au 1481 problem face long time.

Till now no response from toyota and pioneer.
I visit pioneer toyota in bathinda i saw my car damage with four screws in the car body, for bumper fitting, without my knowledge.
If i go to with my maruti 800 any small shop. They always ask can we drill in your car body? Why pioneer does not ask from me when he going to drill? This is shameful for pioneer & toyota.
I have not accepted this thing.

I many time call you are toll-free no.[protected] but till not respond. When i registered my complaint. Then gentleman says your problem solve in 24 hours. But till now not solve my problem.
I talked to mr. Raju (Supervisor) banglore he promises with me today 100% solve my problem.

If i contact to dealership they, no response. If i contact toyota customer care they also no response. If i write mail they also no response. Anybody no response. Please tell me what i do.
