Dear Sir, This is to bring in your kind notice that on 20th November 2015, i have given my Innova to Sunny Toyota, Chinhut, Lucknow for routine servicing and after 3-4 days after servicing noticed some white smoking issue in my car. Same day i have logged the complaint as mentioned above. One of your engineer visited the car at site & after initial diagnosis he found that there is no engine oil in tank and he told me that we have take the car at service center. After some days service engineer informed me that your car engine has been seized. How it can be possible that within 7 days after servicing the engine can be seized.? Has it is not properly checked all things and servicing not properly? And your service engineer has given me estimate approx Rs.1.5 lacs. Since last 5-6 months the car is at your service center and no one taking care of it. Due to this i am facing a lots of problem due to unavailability of my car. This is not fault, its your and only yours, i am not in position to pay this amount anymore for nothing. So kindly look into this matter and resolve the concern raised as soon as possible and give my car in good condition without any issue.
