I have purchase a toyota innova crysta 2.4 V in second week of jan 17, and i had sent my vehicle for 2nd free service on 2;4 th of march and was done in a hours time and my concern was not at all attended . I came to know this only when my driver brought the vehicle to Gokak. When i called the company person who attended the vehicle he said sir the concern has been noted and it will be attended next time . I want to know why next time, is it because if it will he attended now it will be free of cost and next time chargeable .After this i received a feed back call from the company asking about the service experience, i told the detailed concern and ask to register a complain and give me the complain number she told she will call back and give the complain number and never called back.. Is this the service provided to the people buying expensive cars, ? Before buying you give many attractive offers and once it is bought you never care .I have seen a same complaint on this site by mr arunkumar on 2 mar17 and he says he is complaining since 5000 kms and till now ot is not rectified . If you cant solve the problem please take back the vehicle and return us the amount paid.
