My vehicle a Toyota Crysta Innova was sent for service on Sunday 9th April 2023. Vehicle registration number was DL8CAQ3008. I was not explained the estimate as the advisor (Ravi) fell ill and left for the day. Specific work like repairing the nozel of the wiper which I had asked for was not done, and neither was I informed that it was not done. I received a call from a Nitin who asked me to make a payment for 22 k. When I asked for the details he was extremely rude. I questioned the invoice as I saw. charge for 3 k for 1 lac km which was not told to me when I sent the vehicle for servicing. Neither could Nitin nor Rohit explain to me what these charges were for, other than the fact that they charge the same across India.
I am extremely unhappy the way the service was done and would not consider buying another Toyota vehicle if this is the level of service which is to be expected. Was this information helpful? |
