Toyota — UC Booking cancellation refund 50,000 rs not done -9 months

Need your intervention to resolve UC booking cancelling amount not paid by the dealer as committed and now its delayed more than 9 months to date. Local dealer Leela Krishna Toyota Vizag closed now, Hereafter I, contacted Customer care, provided contact persons not even lifting our calls. Finally, I am exhausted in contacting them since January 2022 and wrote to you, for the need full help on subject refund.

Your prompt reply on subject matters highly appreciated.
