I have made a online payment of Rs. 990 (Rupees Nine Hundred Ninty only) on 26 June 2019 to MSEDCL(for electricity bill for June 2019) thru Google pay (TECH PROCESS Solutions Ltd. payment gateway) The money has been deducted from my account, but it has not been transferred to the payee’s (MSEDCL) account . I did a online shopping at myntra.com but the order is not placed . However when checking with myntra the amount is not credited to them and it is a payment gateway failure TPSL

I did a online shopping at myntra.com however my order is not placed and got error message upon payment. However bank account got debited.
Myntra updated me it is a gateway failure TPSL.
The issue seems to be with payment gateway technical error
