When i was making our payment to bphcl employment no 8/2018 against my application no bsp161858 through boi rupay debit card on 7oct 2018 then my balance deducted but payment got failed and not refunded or not to send receiver yet.
I also complained bank and that replid at bank's end transfer successful and money send to service proper not its responsibility to refund your fund Was this information helpful? | 
On Jan25th, 2018, I have made a payment of 3, 250/- through phonepe for my Hathway account. Amount debited from my account and credited to [protected]@icici. But, merchant is saying they have not received the amount. Please refund my amount back to my account
