TPSL — refund of money on account of online failed transaction | |||
Sir, While making payment of electricity bill by hdfc net banking through official website of purvanchal vidyut vitaran nigam ltd http://www.uppclonline.com on 26/10/2017 at around 11:01 a. M. I was directed to tech process for making online payment. An amount of rupee 877/-was deducted from my account and transaction was failed. So please revert back rs877/- to my account. Following is the detail of the transaction as per hdfc bank website. Date: 26 oct 2017, narration[protected] – techupstateelectri, reference no:[protected], value date: 26 oct 2017 withdrawl rs 877/- Detail of transaction as per http://www.uppclonline. website the narration is, Amount: 877/-, payment mode: internet banking, Bank name : tech process, payment date: 26oct2017, Status: fail Please look into the matter and reverse the amount of rs.877/- into my account. 27 may 2018 i had made a payment for bsnl through my bsnl app. Amount is debited from my account but status shows in the app is failed. The transaction number is S23611558

I made payment of 1121 for VIT admission and payment is directed through tpsl site, the payment is deducted from account and its not received at customer end, i made two payment on 20 May 2018,
Please check this issue and revert back deducted amount to my account
