Few days back i had complaint about some transaction issues. But rather solving my problems you have increased my problems more. And now this site is not even giving my mails response. Because of this, it has increased doubts for this site as a fraud....

I have paid the electricity bill (Jbvnl) for march 2020 on 07/05/2020 through phonpe, however the amount was deducted from my account, but the payment was made to tpsl. [protected]@icici and the bill was showing unpaid. The amount is still not refunded back to the account. I already contacted phonepe and my bank but they couldn't help me. Please solve my problem....

I have made a payment of Rs.1020 on 21st March 2020 the amount got debited but still showing pending and transaction incomplete. Please refund the money as soon as possible....

I did my payment for my i lnstitute that is 13000 nd its deducted by my account also but its not gone to my institute account...

However while cross verifying the details same with the executive from ICICI customer care it was suggested to me to share the outstanding receipt via email. My transaction id is icifa[protected]d49e6819ace58036d877c . This transaction id shows that the payment is successful but it didn't made to Religare health insurance company. Where was the payment done? I have no idea. Please verify this transaction id and either refund the money back to my account or give me details where the payment had gone.

I have paid 1020 rupees as fee of application form of banaras hindu university for under graduate course via phone pay app. The transaction is successful but payment gateway of ebs ingenico group is not showing successful transaction, the form is still showing fees pending and is creating problem as my application is not accepted until payment done....

I paid 1299 rupees on the 10th of feb for riviera tickets through paytm upi, the payment was shown as successful on paytm and the amount was debited from my account however the transaction was shown as failed on the portal and i am as yet to receive any refund. I tried contacting paytm but the transaction was successful at their end and they asked me to contact the merchant....

On 2nd december 2020 i paid my college dues rs.1224 through the payment gateway. Suddenly the server was down. The amount has been deducted from my account but the transaction is not successful. The receiver has not received transaction and the dues is still pending. My dues are still pending. I kindly request you to refund my amount as soon as possible....

I have paid the sbi credit card through phone pay site through tspl gateway amount rs: 45000/-, amount has been deducted from my account, but not credited to sbi card. The payment has been done on 31.07.2019 afternoon 3.00 pm.

I have paid my college fees for PSG College of Technology, Coimbatore through tpsl website from my SBI debit card on july 2 nd by 5.30 pm. My money has been deducted from my account. But my fees status is still in due. So please solve my issue as soon as possible.

I have made online payment for my indane gas on march 23 2019 for rs. 747.00 but it has not been received by the gas agency and i made cash payment once again. It has already been more than 10 days and till now payment has not been received by the agency.

I had made a payment of ₹ 717.50 to [protected]@icici for my indane gas cylinder booking and is paid through my phonepe upi on 8/3/19 but when the cylinder was delivered i received a cash memo and when contacted the rajarhat gas agency they replied that they haven't received the payment. I had to made the payment twice. Cylinder delivery was made on 12/3/19. Why the payment has not been received by the agency in between these 4 days....

I have made a credit card payment on feb 5th 2019 from phonepe app, in app already a card is present which starts with 4375 and ends with 7004, i thought that was my card and paid the bill, later when i checked with icici bank they are saying that card is a tpsl card and not icici so they can't help.
Can i get any help here and get my money back....

When i was making our payment to bphcl employment no 8/2018 against my application no bsp161858 through boi rupay debit card on 7oct 2018 then my balance deducted but payment got failed and not refunded or not to send receiver yet.
