I made a payment of 1000 rs for pvc certificate Telangana. Amount debited from account but it shown me payment gateway error. I'm facing problem with this.. How can I apply foir the certificate it is urgently required please refund my amount to bank account

I made an payment of 7560 where you are the third party system in that platform.The amount has been deducted from my account and debited to your account but never received by the vendor. The issue is with your third party system.

I have paid the application fee of mahatma gandhi central university on 20 sept, 2021 through paytm(tpsl) to university website. The transaction was successfully deducted.
