Sir, On 28th feb 2019, i made a payment of rs.747 at 08:47pm against an indane gas booking through its website www.indane.co.in. it was a upi payment which i did through paytm upi. The payment gateway is [protected]@icici i. E. The payment has been sent to upi id - [protected]@icici. The payment was successful and got a receipt from paytm. But even after 16 days, indane gas agency says that they have not been credited with any amount from my side and paytm says that the transaction is successful. Upi reference id[protected] Kindly look into the matter and provide me with either a refund or a gas booking. I paid an amount of rs 793 towards lpg indane through phonepe on dated june 6 2019, when I called indane customer care, they replied me it will be adjusted in next bill but it was not. Then I mailed sbi upi they also replied that the transaction done and delivered to [protected]@icici.
