Trade India — Irresponsible response from tradeindia peoples

I have paid Rs.15, 000/- for membership to promote our company in online, so for that we selected Trade India.
As first, before choosing the subscription, they called me twice a day regarding to select the subscription and they said once you select our service you will have individual representative for your company to promote your's, so you can contact them from 10am to 6pm. Once after the subscription, no one is responding properly. So don't choose this fraud TRADE INDIA. And don't suggest this online portal to anyone. This is my humble request.
