[Resolved]  Tradeindia.com — Advance Paid but Product not received

We have ordered an Automatic 200 Egg Incubator Machine on 04/05/2021. An advance amount of Rs.5000 was paid. The seller promised to deliver the instrument within a week's time. It's been almost a month, no response from the seller. When tried contacting as directed, a person by the name of Vinay Chauhan([protected]) is responding by saying that he will look into it and he cuts the phone. Please refund our amount as we are not satisfied with the seller and his service.
