[Resolved]  Tradeindia.com — ethnik creations stole my money, he is a scam

This merchant has scammed me and refuses to provide me with a refund. I would like immediate action be taken against him and his company. He cannot be stealing peoples money and not giving it back. I have filed a complaint with the commissions department in usa. He is making it really bad for the us to shop in india. He has said on numerous occasions that india can’t and will not do anything against him. He stated he can steal from customers and will not have to face any consequences. He told me he used my money to take his family out. He advertised on tradeindia and i trusted your website therefore that why i did business with him. I did not know this was a scam to get customers money. Please take immediate action against him. I look forward to getting a response from you. He is not responding to my calls, messages or text. It has been 6 months and still no refund.
