Tradeindia.com — Misscommitment and fraud commitment not refunding money

Hi,

I have taken TradeIndia plan on the 5th of march and am extremely disappointed with your service. your after-sale service is very disappointing and unprofessional. I was promised that my profile will be active in 15 days and when I called after even 20 days then I was told that in 15 days it will be not good company profile will be activated so it will take time, and your guy(rajesh jha - [protected]) told me that give me 2-3 days more and it will be live by Saturday(whatsapp chat attached) else we will refund. I received no call or message on Saturday and then i called Mr Sunil Mishra (AVP) of TradeIndia as he was the one who took me into confidence that I will face no issues and it's his responsibility to give me good service.

Before purchasing your service I went through several sites where i read only negative reviews about your service and the same thing was mentioned that people are very irresponsible and unprofessional. False commitments are made and nobody takes care once they reive the money.

After having spoken to Mr Sunil Mishra many times and complained about these guys' unprofessionalism he told me he will talk to them and was trying to defend them.
The next day i received a call from Sudesh Kumar ([protected]) who told me he is my account manager and told me that my profile is activated and we need to discuss something. I told him i saw the profile and received all incorrect inquiries, then he told me the design team might have put incorrect keywords(however I have given a few keywords in starting) so we need to work on that.

I told him to call me the next day at 11 am the morning as I was in the hospital. So the next day I haven't received any call from him and when in the afternoon I called him around 1:30 then he was not picking up my phone and after calling him 3 times he picked up my phone and told me he is in a meeting. When I asked why they didn't call me in the morning so he told me he was busy in meetings. So this is the kind of professionalism and irresponsible behavior I have been observing with each and every person who soever is working in tradeindia.

We work very hard to earn money so would request you to refund my money. I don't want to work with an organization where nobody respects the client and nor have respect for their time and commmintment.

Very disappointing service, pathetic people, hugely unprofessional.

Please process my refund asap.

How can they not give service and still say that they will not refund? I am not getting the point, i have paid these frauds to give service and they are failing to do so. So i want my refund. These cheaters are not able to give service, they have habbit of doing so as you can check from any social platform and it's full of complaints like this.
