[Resolved] Tradeindia.com — Worst client support ever | |||
Since last year my company have signed up for paid supplier account in Tradeindia and it has been the worst decision we have ever made. Till the receipt paying everybody were very nice, but after money were paid and account was released, the good services was over. Starting from the backend of the platform which is totally messed up and impossible to understand ending with million of technical issues which are not about to be solved. It's worth mentioning that our company were given our own account manager. The main responsibility of account manager is to ask how are we doing and request some code from the platform backend. For the rest, this is an absolutely useless person. For any request sent she just pretended that she doesn't understand what do we mean. Communication just looks like you are talking to yourself. None of the issues were resolved. If you find something working bad or not working at all they will tell you that this is how the system works. Just for a notice, my company is a big exporter and we are working with more than 10 marketplaces across the world. And none of them making me feel so furious and just waste of money and time as Tradeindia. The latest case - the account backend has absolutely no effect on the account. It's been more than a month I can not add new product. Account manager let me provide photos and info to her. All the information was provided the same day, but what they did is just added photos in random order, posted them with millions of spelling mistakes and wrong naming of the products. I applied again to change it and send the information again. And again. And again. Guess what? More than a month passed and there is simply no progress. After I asked the last time when the issue to be resolved, the account manager replied "Which issue you are talking about?". Seems like this is just sort of fun for them. Can continue this forever but let it end here without much of hope for better outcome. Just remind everybody to think twice before paying for their services.
