Tradeindia.com — Wrong pitch/ false commitment of services/ refused to provide services that they offered at the time of subscription

After 3 months of on and off conversation with trade india executives I am disappointed to write it down that the have refused to refund the amount, which I raised against false commitment of their new employ. They took the subscription by committing services which were way above the amount of package I was told. And then now asking for more money to upgrade the package.
I want my refund back. Or else I have to move to consumer court.
