[Resolved] Tradus.com — Money got debited from account but order not placed. | |||
Hi, I was trying to place an order on 29th of Jan for Samsung Galaxy Core I8262 Mobile Phone (White) (Sub Order Id[protected]_01/12170513_01/ 12170550_01). Money (12, 278/-) got debited from my account but order did not get placed. When I raised ticket for the same I was promised that the refund has been initiated. After 2/3 days when I asked about the status of the refund i.e whether it is processed from tradus side or not, I got the same generic kind of answer. Then I escalated the same to the tradus management. Immediately I got a call. I was stunned to hear the reply. They said that there is no debit record found from there side. Remember as per their earlier mail refund was initiated. When I said that but money is debited from my account they said I need to provide the latest bank statement to take them any action. I did the same. Then I got a response as they have shared the statement with the finance team and I should be getting an response in 2 days. After that I waited for 6 days for a response. Finally when I did not get any I myself asked them for an update. After 2 reminders I got response that "we would like to inform you that as per our finance team the amount has not been debited from our end." I am now clueless what to do next. It seems to me I am not going to get my 12k back anymore. I request your help in this regards to get my hard earned money back. While making the payment there could be a payment gateway error will happen.kindly check with your bank whether the amount has been credited to the tradus account. if not some times the same amount will be reversed to your account by bank.
