Updated by amitavadas2009 delivered product wrong After that. I tried a lot to contact customer service but nobody picks up, sent several mails to them…till date no response has come for Return Request…
Don’t purchase fro Tradus, Its a fraud…Cheat E-commerce company…

Tradus.in — NO PRODUCT & NO REFUND

Recd email from tradus.in on 26th Dec 2011 that they were Out of Stock and have initiated refund and my account will be credited in 7 working days.

Its been exactly one month/ 31 days now and didnt receive my money back. Emails to there customer care always reply that I will get refund in 10 days, and now they have even stopped responding to emails also.

Tried calling them on[protected]
but the operator transfers the call and nobody picks up. The operator says send email, and I cant help you.

DONT BUY FROM TRADUS.IN, THEY ARE FRAUDS.
Its an IBIBO.COM FRAUD Group
