Tradus — product received is not genuine and have some pressure mark on the battery

I placed an order (Sub-Order ID: 11678538_01) with Tradus.com for "ORIGINAL SAMSUNG EB504465VU Battery “ on Cash on Delivery option @rs 490 on 4/12/13. I have received the product on 9/12/13 by ARAMEX courier. After that when I open the the package I foend that the battery which I received is not genuine and doesn’t contain any Warranty bill. Battery which I receved is in loose pack and have some pressure mark on it. Now I want to return the product and want my money back but no correct information is found.
