[Resolved] Trai — against videocon d2h | |||
I am a user of videocon d2h. Customer id[protected]. After launching of new provision of trai regarding d2h user i will try to communicate many times to customer care of videocon for viewing selected channel via teliphonic, mail, website and apps for upgrade my connection accordingly a new rule of trai. But the company no take me seriously and not upgrade my channel till now whereas it is deducting rental as it is from january 2019 and also no any channels shown in my connection. I am so worried from behave of this company who not taken seriouy a new rule of trai. So took this matter seriously and do needful for giving me a judgement. Feb 23, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved company given me only assurance time to time. he said to me resolve your issue shortly from january 2019. it was deducted rental continuously in daily wise. company provide to us only customer care number 9115691156 and mail id [email protected] whereas the above number found so buzy and incase it was connected neither solve any issue from customer care executive TRAI customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
