Trai — airtel mnp issue and false commitment

Dear trai,

Please interven in mnp process of airtel they give mobile network after 12 -15 hour when another subscriber vodafone disconnet its connection at 11.00pm andd airtel provide me network on my ported number another day 5.00 pm
And with out network i loose so much customers and so many important work to do via phone call.

Very pathetic service and misbehave of airtel customer care. Even cuasomer care guy is talking like no one talks.

Total waste of money.

They commited for rentel of rupees 299 for 12 months and given rentel of 399.

They commited data 30 gb and providing 20gb.

Kinly port back my number to vodafone again.

Full cheating.

Airtel plz return your license.
