Trai — barring of sim card | |||
Sirs, my vodafone sim card [protected] has been barred even if i have sufficient balance ie 7 rupees. Please take an appropriate solution in my case. Mobile companies like airtel, idea and vodafone are exploiting customers. I had informed the authorities of vodafone but they neglected me. They tell that a customer must recharge at least 35 rupees per month. This amount is a burden to common people. Really a customer has right to pay for what he calls. Idea company decided every month u have recharged for outgoing calls how can do this rules for everyone.so this type rules very unfaithful so stop this type of rules .
