Hi Team, I had issue with my broad band service provider Airtel, which was agreed to provide me 16Mbps, were us now the technical persons are saying due to distance 1100 meters cable unable to provide my the max speed, only 2Mbps will be available at your area, that too after 6 Months i have been migrated to new technology, ADSL to VDSL. I have the complaint several times, without giving proper update they will put my complaint in to observation(automatically will get close 3 Days - I was not aware), also they have not get my confirmation to close the complaint which was open more then 14 Days has been recently closed without my confirmation Ref. No.[protected]Opened on 3rd Aug'17 closed on 17th Aug'17). again i have reopened the complaint ref. No.8492868. I was not knowing what to do further please suggest me. I had a data offer 28 GB at 149/- 28 days.i did the recharge on 20th july. i was told that this offer would avail for one year, this month the offer was called off. custmer care denied to give the offer after my recharge. I have the record of the last month recharge and the offer given. Pleas
