Trai — call divert | |
After lodging a complaint regarding problems of call divert from Airtel to Idea no., the issue has not been resolved by the service provider. The Airtel executives are not handling it properly and since last 45 days they are just sending a mail/ calling that the issue has been escalated. I am able to divert the call to no. starting with 9 or 7 from any handset and any service provider but not to idea no. starting with 6 from Airtel no. The call divert issue is not there between Idea/ Vodafone no. Kindly get the issue resolved at the earliest. Was this information helpful? | |
