Dear Team,

I have given subscription Request for few selected channels on Jan 31, 2019 to Videocon D2H, since that time I m able to see only few of channels for which I have requested.

In last 5 days I have contacted on Videocon customer care number many time for getting resolved my query but every time same repeat assurance is given to me that within 5 hours my service will be activated but it is not activated yet even after 5 days.

Request your immediate help for getting my query resolved so that I can watch complete channels for which I have paid.
