Trai — charging extra bill and sending multiple bills for deactivated

Description :
I was using vodafone no - [protected]. I requested to deactivate my card on 27 sept and after one day card was suspended.
I got multiple bills on after suspended. I already paid extra amount to close this card. But still they sent am email saying i will get one more bill in nov.
I will share my emails if you need.

Desirable resolution: need to close this card and dont sent any extra bill and refund my extra amount.

I am getting calls from a unknown number[protected], from 19th October. when i pick the call, the phone simply disconnects.
I am reporting it as i suspect this can be some attempt at phishing data from my phone or some other mischievous threat which can harm in some way or the other.
Please look into the matter.
sir i logged a complaint about airtel on dated 29/10/2017 comlaint ID: 1754387 and i get a message from trai that my complaint forward to bharti airtel company. but no any representative contact with me in this regarding. kindly solve m y problem.
