[Resolved] Trai — charging more on dth rent

According to the new policy the monthly fees that has to be charged by the service provider is 130 but Tata sky use to charge 153 rupees.
Hi - I have selected 87 Channels in Total - 51 Free channels and 36 Paid Channels - when I selected the options - I got the confirmation and detatils as below -
130 + Tax = 153 + 113 = 266.
Where as it is still not shown as my recharge amount under my connection and also when I contacted the helpdesk - they say it is Rs.296.
They are simply adding the Free Channels and charging the Rental More. Have already raised a complaint and sent a email too along with copy to Nodal officer. Also raised on Chat - where after 1 hour of chatting they are not able to provide the details or justify this.

The Call center people called and reverted the additional charge - and now the cost is 260/- as selected by me.

TRAI customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by Maheswaran Have been more than a Week - they are keep on raising new request and not even provided a Call Back yet. Still waiting to hear back from Tata Sky - it works out to be a very bad service.

Updated by Maheswaran What I got till now is - instead of the selected channels by me - they add all the free channels and increase their rent and say we have given 190+ channels which I have never requested. I have submitted another request and this time - I have captured the screenshot of the selections made and the confirmation page with reference number. Lets see what they say this time - As I have selected only 72 channels including 35 Paid and 37 free.
